Health Equity Day of UNITY

A person’s health is based on more than just the ability to go to the doctor, what they eat or where they live. When it comes to health, multiple factors play a role. Everyone plays a part in the health of Americans. When you organize a Health Equity Day of UNITY Town Hall, you have the opportunity to showcase this fact. Bring health professionals, community organizers, government representatives and your neighbors together to promote health equity and receive this call to action. Get your poster here [PDF | 16.2MB]

Health Equity Day of Action

Get everyone involved! Organize a Health Equity Day of Action Youth Festival on a nearby campus. Health disparities among racial and ethnic minorities are a serious issue, but to raise awareness and promote health equity, always consider the potential of targeting young people. Make the day memorable, mixing the message in with interactive events, compelling and knowledgeable speakers and lots of activity. Be creative and spread the word. Then, make plans to make the most of the results. Get your poster here [PDF | 16.2MB]
