Population Profiles

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Minority Health (OMH) Population Profiles are a collection of detailed data summaries about many chronic diseases and related factors that influence the health status and health outcomes of racial and ethnic minority populations and American Indians/Alaska Natives in the United States. HHS OMH compiles and reports data from a variety of federal agency sources to make these data more accessible and increase knowledge and understanding of chronic diseases and health risks affecting minority health.
